We want you to love what you ordered!
If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging, and include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without approval won’t be accepted.

Damages & Issues

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, let us know right away so we can make it right.

Non-returnable Items

We’re unable to accept returns for custom pieces, sale items, personal care products, gift cards, or hazardous materials.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color?
Simply return your item first, and once it’s accepted, place a new order for the one you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
